How is this different from personal training?

Physical therapy involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pain and mobility problems. If walking up the steps is getting harder, or you can no longer run pain-free - consider PT. If you want to build your capacity to do more or reach a new fitness goal, personal training is a great place to start.
